Dental Paraphernalia
Good dental hygiene is very important. From previous posts we have outlined how it is essential to do three things. One, to start good oral hygiene habits young. Two, is to go regularly to the dentist and this is at least twice a year. Three, to be sure that dental hygiene should not be neglected. Dental paraphernalia is one thing that is sometimes overlooked unintentionally.
The toothbrush is what we use to clean our teeth regularly so it makes sense to keep this as clean and as well-maintained as possible. The bristles is the most important part of the toothbrush so to keep these in top shape for as long as possible, be sure to rinse all toothpaste out and tap the brush to remove all water then leave to air dry. Enclosing the toothbrush head actually helps create bacteria. Once you see the bristles start to bend and loose their firmness, it is time to change the tooth brush.
Always having a firm, clean toothbrush will ensure that daily brushing is most effective.
